EVENT TITLE:
'GREEN+YOU: POSTERS FOR JAPAN' INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION

THEME
After the horrible events which happened on Friday 11th March 2011 in Japan, designers from all over the world started to express their love and support for the people of Japan by the medium of the poster. We call everyone who can create visuals to submit
your poster/s to help the sun of JAPAN to rise once again.

THE OBJECTIVE
To help raise money for the people of Japan to help them through this difficult time.

HOW?
The selected posters by the Green+you Jury can be purchased at each international exhibition
around the world. All money raised will go directly to The Red Cross to aid Japan.

SUBMISSION
Exhibition Date: February. 9~ February. 16. 2012

Your Photo will be used in the publishing of the Green+You Compilation (Compendium)
if your Poster is selected as a Finalist.

JUDGES & JUDGING CRITIERIA
Green+You wish to thank those of you participating in the judging and selection process of the
‘POSTERS FOR JAPAN: Green+You’.
All Judges should select the top designs (in their opinion) by the guideline below.
The guidelines for judging poster/s should be as follows:
1. Relevancy of the artwork to the topic of being ‘POSTERS FOR JAPAN’
2. Originality of ideas
3. Uniqueness of concept and design
4. Clarity of the message being conveyed

EXHIBITION & PRIZE SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process would be done by a jury panel of committe who is Green+You homepage
as nominated by Green+You organization.
First, for exhibition, the selection posters will be the 100 finalists.
Second, for prize, the selection posters among 100 finalists will be the 30 finalists

COPYRIGHT
Please Note: All entries must be original art created by the person submitting the art for the
exhibition. Participants retain full ownership of their entries. Participants agree to grant
‘Green+You’ an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license
to use, copy, exhibit, publicly display, distribute, and publish their submitted entry for any activity
hosted by ‘Green+You’. Any other use must be specifically granted by the participant in the form
of a written authorization and can be subject to a fee or a royalty as eventually agreed upon
with the participant.

BOOK PUBLISHING Green+You Compilation
Green+You and Doosung Publishing Co. will collaborate on publishing a book(Green+You
compilation) possibly including all of the finalists selected as well as entries received but was not
displayed at the final exhibition. Further details will be availabla later date.

PRIZES and GIFT
Certificate
The 30 finalists shall be awarded a certificate of participation with the signatures of DOOSUNG Co.
and the stamp of the ‘Green+You’ group.

2. Promotions for the exhibition publicity
3. Book: The publishing of the Green+You Compilation
